Salesforce for Non-Profits

All of the roles we are currently promoting are entirely VIRTUAL and can be done from home via email, telephone and video calling. For more information please get in touch!

3Pillars Project supports and engages young people vulnerable to crime, both in custody and those in the local community at risk of entering the Criminal Justice System, to re-engage with society and employment. They deliver sports-based mentoring interventions, over 8-week courses, working with young people in schools, in the community and in custody, providing non-statutory sports training and mentorship.

Total length of project: 20 hours over 1 months

Currently managing organisational aspects on CRM system Salesforce, 3Pillars Project are keen to know how they can make the software work best for them. With limited knowledge in the team, the organisation are looking for a volunteer to come on board review the current setup, help to restructure and pass the knowledge on to relevant staff members. The support of a skilled volunteer will transform 3Pillars Project’s ability to record and track participant progress and their trajectory after they have finished the programme and their ability to track donors and grants givers.
