Volunteer Onboarding & Systems Development

Skill: Organisational Development

Project Duration: 20 hours

Cause: Science & Technology

Who we're looking for: We are looking for a Skilled Volunteer with experience developing and managing volunteer policies and systems.

Project brief: ClearCommunityWeb are looking to scale up their support services. They are aiming to onboard and train an additional 40 volunteers over the next year. They would like a skilled volunteer to assist them in designing their volunteer policy, processes and documentation to enable this development. This would allow the organisation to support even more people with their valuable services.

Who you'll be supporting: Based in Crystal Palace, ClearCommunityWeb help people feel more confident and comfortable with technology through classes, workshops and individual support. They primarily work with older people, families, vulnerable adults and carers in South London. They understand technology can be overwhelming for many people, and believe making information as simple as possible can go a long way in giving people the confidence to overcome their fears and anxieties.

Project Status: Filled
Date: May 28, 2022
Please Note: All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. The time commitment above will be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
