Introducing Corporate Skilled Volunteering with Social Impact Solutions

Link UP London launched Social Impact Solutions in 2023 to help companies engage their employees in high-impact, meaningful skills-based volunteering to deliver real social impact for small London charities and the communities they serve.

Through our structured engagements, employee volunteers work directly with small, under resourced local London charities on briefs suited to their professional skills ranging from strategy to operations to business planning, marketing, stakeholder management, data, and much more.

What Our Skilled Volunteers Say About Participating in Social Impact Solutions Engagements

“I was surprised by how much impact could be made in such a short timeslot and how much my colleagues really felt the impact – they were raving about it!”

“The skills and knowledge that I may deem as not important are actually vital and transferable skills that can make a big impact.”

“Fantastic experience. It was great to do something meaningful with the skills I’ve learned through work. A great test of my abilities and understanding of my own skills; you really have to tailor your approach, which was refreshing.”

“I think skill based volunteering is an amazing way to share what we do and learn from other people's experiences, but also at the same time there is so much outside of our work that we can expose ourselves to and learn from.
