Company perspective: Amazon UK Be the Change programme

Be the Change is Link UP London’s signature programme, offering deeper, structured engagements with charitable organisations over 3 to 4 months. Employee volunteers are paired with charities to tackle critical business challenges. This programme saw 14 volunteers from Amazon’s Prime Video Marketing team collaborate with 5 London charities between September 2024 and January 2025, driving impactful change and supporting their growth.

Company perspective: Related Argent Marathon Day

In September 2024, Link UP London partnered with Related Argent King’s Cross for its first Corporate Skilled Volunteering Marathon Day. King’s Cross employees spent the day offering expert advice to ‘hyper-local’ charities in the area, strengthening community ties and supporting local initiatives.

Company perspective: Smart DCC Flash Consulting

In May 2024, Link UP London teamed up with Smart DCC for its first Corporate Skilled Volunteering engagement, a two-hour ‘Flash Consulting’ event targeted to cross-functional leaders from across its Senior Leadership Team.

Company perspective: Amazon UK Flash Consulting

In September, Link UP London partnered with Amazon UK for its second corporate volunteering engagement. This two-hour ‘Flash Consulting’ session, part of Link UP London’s Social Impact Solutions programme, saw such positive results that Amazon quickly committed to a second event in September 2023, aligning with their Global Month of Volunteering.
