Flash Consulting Event with Amazon UK

On 11 July 2025, Link UP London partnered with Amazon UK to deliver a Flash Consulting event spotlighting charities working in youth services and education. 18 Amazon employees, volunteered their time and expertise to support six London-based charitable organisations.

These charities deliver a range of youth-focused services across the capital. During the session, volunteers offered tailored advice on business strategy, operations, stakeholder engagement, planning, and organisational development.

100% of Amazon volunteers were satisfied or highly satisfied with the event, 100% felt the conversation really mattered to the charity, and 100% felt the match made good use of their skills.

What is Flash Consulting?

Flash Consulting is a short, high-impact event that pairs employees with charitable organisations for focused 1-to-1 advice sessions. Each volunteer is matched based on their skills and receives a tailored brief aligned with the charity’s needs, forming the basis of a fully facilitated session.
