Flash Consulting Event with Industry-Leading Strategy Firm

London based charitable organisations joined a leading global Management Consultancy on 11 September for a Flash Consulting event.

20 consultants generously volunteered their expertise to support eight London-based charitable organisations. Their support covered a broad spectrum of areas – from strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to marketing and beyond. Drawing on the diverse skill sets of the volunteers, each charity benefited from bespoke guidance tailored to their unique challenges.

100% of the charities who participated were highly satisfied with the event, 100% found their volunteers interested and engaged, and 100% found their volunteers to be a good fit for their requirements.

100% of volunteers felt their conversations made a meaningful difference to the charities they supported. All participants gained deeper insight into the work happening across the community, and every volunteer felt their skills were well matched to the challenge. Additionally, 81% of volunteers left feeling more positive about their workplace, and 75% reported an increased sense of purpose overall.
