Flash Consulting with Amazon

On 7th May, London based charitable organisations joined senior commercial managers from Amazon UK for a Flash Consulting event focused on Business Development and Business Planning. Groups addressed areas such as strategic planning, value proposition development, partnership development and stakeholder management.

Participants walked away with valuable insights, practical strategies, and renewed confidence.
