Strategy and Business Planning Flash Consulting

In February 2025, we held a Flash Consulting event with strategy and business planning professionals from PA Consulting. 

This session was specifically designed for London-based charities working in the fields of neurodiversity, disability, accessibility, and mental health. 

Sponsored by employees from PA’s Accessibility, Neurodiversity, and Disability Employee Network, this event reflected PA Consulting’s longstanding dedication to fostering inclusion and supporting these vital causes. Over two focused hours, participating charities collaborated directly with PA employees to tackle specific challenges, work on tailored briefs, and gain actionable insights; all facilitated by the skilled volunteering experts at Link UP London.

 What is Flash Consulting? 

Flash Consulting is a short, high-impact event that pairs employees with charitable organisations for focused 1-to-1 advice sessions. Each volunteer is matched based on their skills and receives a tailored brief aligned with the charity’s needs, forming the basis of a fully facilitated session.
