Following the success of our Lunch & Learn with leadership trainer, speaker and author Andy Coley, this interactive follow-up workshop is a chance to go deeper into the practical leadership skills introduced in the original session.

Leadership is not just about job title, seniority or having all the answers. It is something we practise every day through the way we communicate, make decisions, give feedback, hold boundaries and support the people around us.

This session is designed for anyone who leads people, projects, services or change. Whether you are new to leadership, stepping into more responsibility, or looking to strengthen how you already lead, the day will give you practical tools you can use straight away.

Together, we will explore the leadership shadow you cast, how to create clearer team expectations, and how communication can either build trust or create unnecessary confusion. We will also look at feedback, values-based leadership, and how to have more confident conversations when things feel difficult, unclear or uncomfortable.

The workshop will be practical, reflective and interactive, with space to connect the ideas to your own real workplace situations.
