Board of Directors - Development Strategy

Who we're looking for: We are looking for a volunteer with experience in organisational development and governance.

Project brief: Five ASide Theatre are looking to develop key areas of their board of directors. They would like a volunteer to work with them to produce a new Board Recruitment Strategy. This will include reviewing and improving upon their current Director's Recruitment Strategy, reviewing their induction programme to ensure that it prepares directors for their commitment, and developing a long-term plan for continuity via a Director Recruitment and Development Plan. It is also important to make sure all work is done in line with their organisation’s mission and values.

Who you'll be supporting: Five ASide Theatre partner with charities, arts organisations and community organisations in devising performances of imminent importance to their communities. They also run school holiday camps for free school meals and pupil premium students.
