Forecasting Sustainable Growth

Skill: Organisational Development

Project Duration: 12 hours

Cause: Arts, Culture and Humanities

Who we're looking for: We are looking for a volunteer with experience in creating sustainability in organisations.

Project brief: Rapport Festival are looking for help in planning the development of their organisation. Having run a festival in Brixton for the past 4 years (excluding during the pandemic) they are now looking to structure their organisation. Thinking how best to sustain what they do, Rapport Festival would like to create a 5 year plan that looks at what is needed for the organisation in the immediate future, what resources (staff and other) will be needed as they grow and how best to tie into predicted changes in the funding landscape.

Who you'll be supporting: Rapport Festival is a multi-disciplinary arts festival currently based in Brixton. Our mission is to spotlight arts created by African Diaspora practitioners and artists from multiple genres and art disciplines, Rapport Festival offers a unique platform that celebrates and elevates African Diaspora artistic expression from across the international diaspora.

Borough: Lambeth

Project Status: Open

Date: May 28, 2022
