Event Coordinator

Who we're looking for: We are looking for a volunteer with experience planning, running and raising funds to support events.

Project brief: This year, Generate are celebrating the 50th anniversary of their foundation. They are hoping to mark this anniversary with an event at the start of November 2022. A space has been secured and Generate are now looking for a Skilled Volunteer to help plan and manage this event, whilst supporting their application for a grant to fund the event. The Skilled Volunteer will be supported by a small group of employees, who will be responsible for the day to day planning of the event.

Who you'll be supporting: Based in Wandsworth, Generate work with people with learning disabilities, autism and other disabilities to have better lives and connect to the community as equal citizens. They focus on people’s strengths, promoting independence and inclusion through learning, work and leisure opportunities.
