Who we're looking for: We are looking for a volunteer with experience in structuring organisations. The volunteer will have a good understanding of different legal structures, including CIC and Charity.
Project brief: Community CPR Trust are looking for help in identifying what organisational structure work best for them. They are currently reviewing registering as either, CIC or Charity and would like support in analysing the benefits of each for their organisation, how this would affect the structure of the organisation and in getting the application prepared for the relevant body.
Who you'll be supporting: Community CPR Trust’s mission is simple, to reduce the number of deaths from cardiac arrest in the UK. They do this through a combination of activities including three accredited training for members of the public, free community defibrillators and an ambulance first responder scheme.
