Advising on Business Plan (Landscape Architecture)

Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Skilled Volunteer with experience in the landscape architecture industry.

Project brief: Grow2Know are looking to establish a new arm of their organisation, which will act as a landscape architecture practice. They would like help from a Skilled Volunteer to develop their business plan for the Garden Design studio. This would include providing advice on how to forecast costs for future projects, the required documentation, and guidance on their strategic approach.

Who you’ll be supporting: Grow2Know is a not-for-profit whose heart lies in reclaiming space and reconnecting people with nature and each other. Putting community at the forefront in the creation of public and outdoor spaces, Grow2Know is on a mission to inspire, heal and educate through horticulture – embarking on a journey to make gardening more inclusive and nature accessible to all.

All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. The time commitment above will be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting. This could range from a few days to a few months.
