Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Skilled Volunteer with experience auditing and developing IT processes.
Project Brief: Bridging Barriers uses a few different IT software and programmes for running and managing their charity. With support from a Skilled Volunteer, they would like to identify any improvements they can make to use these programmes more effectively or identify new software they could implement to improve the efficiency of their processes.
Who you’ll be supporting: Bridging Barriers is a charitable organisation dedicated to levelling the playing field for young individuals aged 14-25 from ethnically diverse and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Their primary focus lies in empowering these young individuals to unlock career opportunities through personalised mentoring, bolstering their confidence and resilience.
Please note: This project has an estimated time commitment of 1.5 hours per week for 3 months, totalling around 18 hours. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work flexibly around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. This time commitment can be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
