Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Skilled Volunteer with experience developing long-term business strategies.
Project Brief: Croydon Community Leaders would like a Skilled Volunteer to help them develop their business plan. This should identify the key goals and areas for development for the organisation over the next 3 years, as well as establish a strategic approach and tracking system for each.
Who you’ll be supporting: Croydon Community Leaders is a consultancy and engagement CIC dedicated to empowering the Croydon community. Their mission is to provide the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to improve public services, foster innovation, and promote community engagement.
Time commitment: This project has an estimated time commitment of 2 hours per week for 3 months, totalling around 24 hours. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work flexibly around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. This time commitment can be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
