Who We Are Looking For:

Refettorio Felix is seeking a Skilled Volunteer with expertise in corporate partnerships, communications strategy, or stakeholder engagement to support the development of a more structured approach to post-volunteering engagement.

Project Brief:

Refettorio Felix is currently delivering a successful corporate engagement programme, which provides hands-on volunteering opportunities for partner organisations. As interest and participation continue to grow, the organisation now seeks to build on this momentum by encouraging corporate partners to engage in additional forms of support, including corporate sponsorship, employee-led fundraising, and in-kind donations such as surplus food contributions.

This project will include:
  • Assess the current post-volunteering experience for corporate partners and highlight areas for deeper engagement.
  • Design an intuitive and compelling user journey that outlines clear next steps for corporate supporters following their volunteer day.
  • Develop key communications assets, including follow-up emails, impact stories, and corporate partner materials.
  • Offer strategic insight on best practices for cultivating long-term corporate relationships and promoting Refettorio Felix’s social impact mission.
This role is critical to enhancing the organisation’s ability to nurture corporate relationships and secure sustainable support, enabling Refettorio Felix to continue delivering essential services to vulnerable individuals.

Who You’ll Be Supporting:
Refettorio Felix is a drop-in centre and community kitchen serving vulnerable individuals in Earl’s Court and beyond. Operating with a compassionate open-door policy, the organisation welcomes anyone in need—without judgement—offering vital support to those facing homelessness, loneliness, mental health challenges, or substance abuse issues.

Please note: This project has an estimated time commitment of 2 hours per week for 3 months, totalling around 24 hours. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work flexibly around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. This time commitment can be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
