Who We Are Looking For:
Project Brief:
RMUK Food & Wellbeing currently manages information for its 627 community members across separate spreadsheets covering membership, delivery routes and payments, which makes onboarding and day-to-day tracking increasingly difficult to keep on top of. As membership grows, they recognise the need for one central system that can bring these processes together.
The Skilled Volunteer Will:
- Audit RMUK’s current system to identify gaps and areas for improvement in current processes.
- Develop a high-level brief outlining the requirements for a new system, based on the initial audit.
- Research and recommend low-cost systems that meet these requirements, and provide some advise on implementation of these systems across the organisation.

Please note: This project has an estimated time commitment of 2 hours per week for 3 months, totalling around 24 hours. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work flexibly around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. This time commitment can be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
