Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a volunteer with experience in building fundraising options through CSR.

Project brief: Transitions UK are looking for a volunteer to support them in covering costs by exploring corporate partnership opportunities. They would like the volunteer to help the team identify suitable targets, develop the offering and approach to the corporate space and guide the team on actioning this.

Who you’ll be supporting: Transition UK aims to support young people between the ages of 14-26 coming from the care system, from fear of offending or reoffending, with mental health conditions or physical and mental learning difficulties. They provide a variety of Projects tailored to the particular needs of the young people they work with, focused on relationships, skills and personal development, confidence-building, interpersonal skills and self-esteem.
