Who we are looking for: We would like to find a skilled volunteer with experience developing Theories of Change.

Project brief: Career Compass are currently looking at developing their approach to fundraising. As a first step, they would like to create a Theory of Change that helps map out their long term impact to potential funders. On this project a volunteer would be expected to understand what Career Compass does, the social problem being tackled and the solution being provided. Help define impact and the metrics that should be measured to achieve this. Support in translating this into a working Theory of Change document.

Who you’ll be supporting: Career Compass aims to improve social mobility among young students from less advantageous backgrounds in state schools all over London. Career Compass offers a variety of programmes, designed to improve the employability of sixth form students.
