Who we are looking for: We are looking for a volunteer with experience writing Employee Handbooks or HR policies.

Project brief: Da’aro Youth Project are a newly established organisation and are now focusing on strengthening the charity’s governance. They are looking for a Skilled Volunteer to review their current HR policies and procedures, and assist in producing a new employee handbook.

Who you’ll be supporting: Da’aro Youth Project was established by members of the Eritrean community in London in response to the deaths of a number of teenage Eritreans by suicide. They work to support young people arriving in the UK alone from the Horn of Africa (Eritrea, Ethiopia, Sudan and Somalia) and aim to promote the well-being of these migrant young people living in the UK. They currently run a weekly youth club and casework support ffor young asylum-seekers and refugees in London.
