Who we are looking for: For this role we’re looking for a volunteer with plenty of experience in Google Workspace and application within an organisation/business.
Project Brief: Olive Branch Aid are looking for help setting up their Google Workspace. They would like a centralised space for their team to improve their record keeping and efficiency. The project will consist of understanding Olive Branch Aids requirements and helping to set up Google Workspace, and creating a manual that can act as a guide for training new members of the team on how to use it. Volunteers all have varying degrees of computer literacy so any training would have to cover all abilities.
Who you’ll be supporting: Olive Branch Aid was born out of the 2019 COVID pandemic. Their sole mission is to provide immediate relief to the most vulnerable in our local communities. Olive Branch Aid primarily operated as a foodbank, but also offers services to ensure that each one of their clients maintains their self-worth and dignity, things that are often eroded in difficult times.
