Who we are looking for: For this project, we’re looking for a volunteer with experience in developing Theories of Change and guiding organisations through the Impact Management and Measurement process.
Project Brief: SoundSkool would like support understanding the impact they are making in order to better articulate the change being made and make it clear that they are not a statutory provision for young people, offering both their non-statutory college in addition to community music work. A volunteer is needed to guide the leadership team through the steps needed to develop a Theory of Change, including understanding outcomes and impact, refining their problem statement and making sense of existing participant data to better show change.
Who you’ll be supporting: SoundSkool is a full time, fully funded music industry college for 16 -19 year olds interested in pursuing a career in the modern music industry. Whether you’re a musician, music producer, singer, rapper or music’s next business mogul, SoundSkool’s Level 3 Music and Business Course is tailored to all creative needs.
Time commitment: This project has an estimated time commitment of 2 hours per week for 2 months, totalling around 16 hours. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work flexibly around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. This time commitment can be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
