Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Skilled Volunteer with expertise in monitoring and evaluation reporting and experience with data to help refine and finalise the impact framework for Feast with Us.

Project Brief:

Feast with Us is seeking support to finalise its impact framework. Although a Theory of Change and framework has been developed, they now need to be reviewed and aligned. The volunteer will help structure key metrics, KPIs, and outcomes into a clear and usable format for consistent organisational reference.

This project will include:
•  Reviewing and refining the impact framework for accessibility and alignment with the Theory of Change.
•  Reviewing current metrics and outcomes, identifying gaps, and suggesting improvements.
•  Defining roles and responsibilities for data collection to ensure integration into organisational processes.
•  Creating a practical, user-friendly format for effective implementation.

Who You’ll Be Supporting:
FEAST With Us works to enhance nutrition, wellbeing, and health for individuals facing food insecurity in London. The organisation provides nutritious cooked meals to those in need, fosters social connections and wellbeing through community dining and volunteering, and empowers communities with skills and knowledge to improve food security.

Please note: This project has an estimated time commitment of 2 hours per week for 3 months, totalling around 24 hours. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work flexibly around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. This time commitment can be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
