Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a Skilled Volunteer with understanding of legal structure and governance within community organisations.
Project brief: Work and Play Scrapstore are a Community Interest Company. They would like a Skilled Volunteer with a legal qualification to help them to determine if this is still the correct structure for their organisation. If required, they would like the Skilled Volunteer to support them in drafting the documents necessary for moving to a new structure, or updating their current governance documents accordingly.
Who you’ll be supporting: Work and Play Scrapstore have been working for over 30 years to promote the green agenda and sustainability. They aim to cut carbon emissions by diverting materials from landfills and incineration. They reuse over 60 tonnes of waste annually through the Scrapstore, outreach work, volunteering and artistic adventures.
