Who We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have a creative eye, be comfortable working with a mix of video and photo assets, and be able to help present content in a professional, engaging way for online audiences.

Project Brief:

Zen Laughter delivers laughter-based wellbeing sessions that make a real difference to individuals and organisations. They have a collection of video footage, photos, and testimonials but need support to utilise and compile these assets for maximum impact.
The Skilled Volunteer will:
  • Create a high-quality promotional video highlighting the benefits and impact of Zen Laughter sessions
  • Help compile a social media library, organising existing video footage and photos into ready-to-use assets for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Produce footage of the founder retelling Zen Laughter’s story, providing authentic insight into the organisation’s vision and mission

Who You’ll Be Supporting:

Zen Laughter is dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing through the power of laughter therapy, offering sessions that build resilience, connection, and joy in both community and corporate settings. Their work helps individuals and groups manage stress, boost morale, and create positive, lasting change.

Your Impact:

This role will help Zen Laughter communicate their impact more effectively and reach more people across London. By creating engaging multimedia content, the Skilled Volunteer will help spread the power of laughter and joy, enabling more Londoners to experience the wellbeing benefits of laughter, strengthen community connections, and bring positivity into workplaces and neighbourhoods.

Please note:
This project has an estimated time commitment of 2 hours per week for 3 months, totalling around 24 hours. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work flexibly around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. This time commitment can be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
