Who We Are Looking For:
Project Brief:
The Baked Bean Charity is hosting its first-ever Charity Ball on 18th June at Wandsworth Town Hall — a vibrant evening of live entertainment and fundraising featuring live music, special appearances, and an auction. With tickets priced at £120, this premium event marks an exciting step up from the charity’s usual community performances and requires a confident, targeted promotional approach.
Who You’ll be Supporting:
The Baked Bean Charity’s mission is to champion people with learning disabilities through creative education programmes that push boundaries, empower lives and create a world where every individual can thrive. The organisation provides dynamic classes six days a week, offering opportunities to perform, travel, and inspire the wider community.
Your Impact:
This Charity Ball aims to raise £10,000 through the sale of 100 tickets — vital income that will directly support creative programmes for people with learning disabilities. Your expertise will contribute to building long-term fundraising confidence and sustainability for The Baked Bean Charity.
