Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Skilled Volunteer with experience in strategic planning to help shape the future of Urban Trailblazer CIC. The ideal volunteer will have expertise in organisational strategy, sustainability planning, and goal setting, with the ability to translate big-picture ideas into a clear, structured document.

Project Brief:

Urban Trailblazer CIC is looking to create a focussed strategy document to outline their organisational goals along with their vision, mission, and values. In order to ensure long-term success, they would like a comprehensive strategic plan that outlines their key organisational priorities for the next few years. This will explore areas such as their programme development, communications, and financial planning.

This plan will serve as a roadmap to guide Urban Trailblazer CIC’s growth, ensuring they continue to make a meaningful social and environmental impact.

Who You’ll Be Supporting:
Urban Trailblazer CIC is a community-driven organisation dedicated to transforming small spaces into flourishing gardens. From window sills to balconies, they empower underrepresented and vulnerable groups to experience the joy of gardening, fostering companionship, wellbeing, and sustainability.

Please note: This project has an estimated time commitment of 2 hours per week for 3 months, totalling around 24 hours. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work flexibly around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. This time commitment can be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
