Who we are looking for: For this role we are looking for a volunteer who can guide a small but effective organisation through strategic planning.
Project brief: Estate Arts is an organisation that quickly responds to needs of the community and delivers much needed health and wellbeing services, and much more, in the Roehampton area. With its origins responding to the series of crises hitting the London for the last five years, it has spent the time delivering for the people. Estate Arts now finds itself in a position to plan for the future and start visioning where it would like to be. Support Estate Arts by guiding them through a review of their work to date, a facilitated session with stakeholders to discuss plans and priorities and then working closely with them draft a long term strategy along with a 1-year workplan.
Who you’ll be supporting: Estate Art is a not for profit organisation committed to enabling a person’s full potential, and developing community cohesion, through creative community-led projects. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, Estate Art was set up to help Roehampton residents with their physical and mental health through art. Working with local partners, the project quickly moved on to help the most vulnerable in Roehampton by delivering a variety of health and wellbeing events to help reduce social isolation.
