Who We Are Looking For:

Study Pro is seeking a Skilled Volunteer with expertise in strategic planning to help the team think through their organisational vision, objectives and programmes, and translate this into a simple, clear strategy document. The ideal candidate will be confident in writing strategies, and be comfortable working in close collaboration with a founder to shape long-term direction.

Project Brief:

Study Pro currently runs several valuable programmes. As the organisation looks to grow its reach, a documented Strategy is needed to help define these services and communicate this direction confidently to potential future corporate partners and funders.

The Skilled Volunteer will:

• Work closely with the founder to articulate Study Pro’s vision, mission and core objectives
• Facilitate discussions to map out priorities across their existing and future programmes
• Produce a clear, simple strategy document that Study Pro can use to guide decision-making and communicate their direction to external partners in future

Who You’ll Be Supporting:

Study Pro is dedicated to making computing and programming education accessible to young people with special educational needs and disabilities. By bringing digital skills and coding into SEND schools, they are opening doors for young people who might otherwise be left behind by the tech economy – building confidence, capability, and future opportunity.

Your Impact:

A clear strategy will help Study Pro grow with purpose and confidence, ensuring more disadvantaged pupils and young people with SEND can access the tuition and specialist support that helps them build confidence, develop new skills, and reach their full potential.

Please note: This project has an estimated time commitment of 2 hours per week for 2 months, totalling around 20 hours. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work flexibly around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. This time commitment can be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
