Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Skilled Volunteer with experience developing user journeys and improving user experience on websites.

Project Brief: Young Camden Foundation would like support improving the user journey and experience on their website. With insight from a Skilled Volunteer, they hope to build a clear user journey that will direct key stakeholders to the relevant section of their website. They would also like advice on how to generally improve their user experience using their website analytics, with the changes being implemented by the team.

Who you’ll be supporting: Young Camden Foundation (YCF) is a membership organisation supporting over 170 Camden-based charities that offer services and support to children and young people. Over 20,000 children and young people in Camden have directly benefited from our small grant-giving programmes such as the Holiday, Activities and Food Programme (HAF) and our Summer Opportunities Fund.

Please note: This project has an estimated time commitment of 2 hours per week for 2 months, totalling around 16 hours. All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work flexibly around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. This time commitment can be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
