Who we’re looking for: We are looking for an experienced software engineer.
Project brief: Thrive are looking to assess the possibility of building a new website that would automate production of gender pay gap reports and integrate with company’s payroll software. They would like support in understanding the technical requirements for this website. They would like a Skilled Volunteer to assist in producing a report outlining these technical requirements and communicate the details of the site to the Thrive team so that they are in a position to secure funding for its development.
Who you’ll be supporting: Westminster-based Community Interest Company, Thrive, guides employers, leaders and communities to create gender equality. Thrive offers an employer advisory service with policy writing and training. They deliver in partnership with expert charities local to their corporate clients, thus bringing the private, public and social sectors together to achieve meaningful change at scale.
Please Note: All Link UP London Skilled Volunteering Projects are designed to work around the schedule of the Skilled Volunteer. The time commitment above will be agreed and spread over a time frame that works for both the Skilled Volunteer and the SGO they are supporting.
