Partnership Development Plan
Lerato supports hard to reach disadvantaged BAME young people aged 9-25 years old in Lambeth. We provide sports and creative arts activities for 9-16 year-olds during the school holidays to keep them safe and give them experiences that build resilience, confidence, and self-esteem. In addition, we run an accredited business and enterprise course supported by coaching and mentoring for 16-25-year-olds. Our aim is to support young people to be aspirational, so they break down the barriers that exist in their personal and social lives to seek financially secure futures.
Total project duration: 24 hours over 1.5 months
