PARTNERSHIPS

Learn how to invest in the community through Link UP

Social Good Organisations supported by our Volunteers

Corporate Community Investment

Link UP London imbeds ourselves in communities by building strong relationships with local SGOs and responsively supporting them to reach their potential.

We can connect your business and staff with meaningful volunteer opportunities supporting both charities and community organisations and growing your local network. Whether your staff have a few hours over a day available to volunteer, or several days over a number of months, we can work with you to create a community engagement strategy and put it in to effect.

All of our programmes focus on connecting our SGO partners with skilled professionals who are committed to improving services and support for local people. As well as tailored opportunities catering to your priorities, we offer a variety of tested opportunities to staff and teams.

We run Flash Consulting sessions where professionals can offer valuable feedback on a key issue facing a local charity through 1.5 hour sessions;

We match individuals with charity leaders to mentor them and help them grow and expand their vision.

We place volunteer consultants on short-term flexible projects.

We match trustees with local organisations to make sustained and significant contributions to the community.

Get in touch with us to discuss your needs and create a bespoke programme for your company. To learn more please be in touch with Kim at kim@linkuplondon.org.

Partners, Supporters and Friends

Scratch Hub

Link UP London has loved our home at the Scratch Hub since September 2018. We truly enjoy the warm, collaborative atmosphere and the beautiful space. As a small Community Interest Company we have benefited tremendously from being with other passionate companies and professionals. The Springboard group is a brilliant way to meet others and explore collaboration. The constant flow of ideas and enthusiasm in the space leads to cooperation, creativity and community.

2to3 Days

We are excited to be partnering with 2to3 Days, an online community focused on connecting progressive companies directly with high-calibre women who want to pursue their careers on a flexible basis. Our partnership focuses on helping highly skilled women on a career break to find their confidence and re-engage with their skills. 2to3 Days has recently launched an online CV and LinkedIn support which is often an important next step for women who go through our ReLaunch course.

Serjent Designs

Serjent Designs generously undertook our brand update on a pro-bono basis in 2020. Stuart listened to what we wanted and delivered design options that fit well with our vision. He was incredibly responsive, solicited our feedback, was patient and extremely easy to work with.  We are absolutely delighted with the final version and can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you for all your support!

Lambeth Made

With a strong network of Social Good Organisations in Lambeth, going into partnership with Lambeth Made will allow us to redirect the wealth of talent found across the borough back into its grassroots. It is an act of investing for a better future, and Link UP will act a bridge that links the growth of the borough to the development of the limitless potential of children and young people in Lambeth.

Funders

National Lottery Community Fund

The National Lottery Community Fund has provided us with a much needed grant that will help us turn our plans for growth into a reality. Since the beginning of 2020 and our move online, we have already been impacting lives in 14 boroughs but the support from National Lottery Community Fund will allow us to branch into more and eventually ALL boroughs of London. It will also allow us to hold more in-person and online events like Flash Consulting which is a quick and efficient way of making a difference to local communities.

Battersea Power Station Foundation

The Battersea Power Station Foundation has been an incredible and flexible funder. Their support continues to help us to grow our services, improve our operations, and strengthen communities throughout Wandsworth and Lambeth.  We are excited to keep working with them and thank them for their support!

We are very open to partnerships and happy to discuss possibilities of collaboration. We like to work with organisations that will complement our goals and work with us to offer inspiring, innovative services to the community. We look forward to hearing from you on hello@linkuplondon.org.
