Commons Legal is a not-for-profit criminal law firm that puts social justice into the heart of legal practice. They are committed to ensuring that vulnerable people are not left behind in the criminal justice system.
Since lockdown’s began being implemented, charities, social enterprises and community groups alike have been forced to find ways to digitally connect with beneficiaries and develop sense of community. Commons Legal were in need of support with boosting their online presence, focusing on LinkedIn.
Link UP connected Commons to Aggie, a skilled volunteer running digital marketing consultancy White Bee Digital. Aggie quickly assessed the need of Commons, agreeing LinkedIn to be the most suitable platform for the pro-bono firm and setting out a tailored strategy for developing out the organisations use of the platform; in the process setting out clear, tangible goals and how to reach them.
As a result of the support from Aggie, Commons will have a more professional presence in online spaces that really matter to the growth of the organisation. Running with extremely low overheads, the support also helped to upskill staff, boost their presence online and enable them to further reach people in need.
