Kim Perlow Wins the Novi Award for Social Impact Leadership

We are absolutely thrilled to share that Kim Perlow, CEO of Link UP London, has been honoured with the Novi Award for Social Impact Leader 2025!

The Novi Awards celebrate women who lead with purpose, drive meaningful change, and inspire through their vision and action. Kim’s recognition is a proud moment for all of us at Link UP, reflecting her dedication, passion, and the transformative impact she has championed across London.

Since 2016, Kim has guided Link UP London’s mission to connect skilled professionals with grassroots charities, helping community organisations gain vital expertise in areas such as marketing, HR, finance, digital, and strategy. Under her leadership, hundreds of charities have strengthened their capacity, expanded their reach, and increased their impact – ultimately improving the lives of over a million people across London.

Kim’s approach to leadership is rooted in empowerment, collaboration, and the belief that skilled people can create extraordinary change when connected with the organisations that need them most. Her Novi Award win highlights the growing importance of skilled volunteering and the difference it makes in building stronger, more resilient communities.

This recognition is not only a celebration of Kim’s achievements, but also a testament to the whole Link UP London community – our dedicated team, our incredible Skilled Volunteers, and the charities we proudly support. Together, we are proving what’s possible when expertise meets heart.

Congratulations to Kim Perlow on this well-deserved award – we couldn’t be prouder.
