Suited & Booted helps vulnerable unemployed men get into employment by providing them with a suit and other interview clothing and accessories. The organisation aims for interviewees to move on from support, not only looking smart, but with their self-confidence boosted, better equipped to succeed at their job interview and deal with life’s challenges.
“Volunteering has really helped me to feel more purposeful during this uncertain time, and has given me the confidence to work on my own projects outside of my day job.”
Sophie, Link UP Volunteer
Suited & Booted are an incredibly micro organisation doing incredibly important work at an extremely high volume. Looking to make processes more efficient in order to serve more beneficiaries, they got in touch with Link UP looking to set up an online booking system.
Suited & Booted were swiftly introduced to Business Analyst Sophie, with a background in making organisational systems more effective through technology on-boarding. Sophie set about researching the needs before moving on to procuring software that would help streamline the service.
Sophie identified software and supported Suited and Booted to implement the change. In order to make sure that the system worked in the best way, Sophie continued to support with final tweaks too!
“The project will help us to capture data more efficiently enabling Suited & Booted to understand better the community it helps and to see if there are any areas for improvement.”
