The Organisation

Finding the Flex is a forward-thinking organisation focused on creating flexible schooling solutions for children. By partnering with local authorities and schools, Finding the Flex provides tailored support to families and schools to design flexible learning arrangements that meet children’s diverse needs. Their vision is to make flexi-schooling a mainstream educational option that combines the best of home and school learning environments.

The Project

Finding the Flex, with its bold vision and mission, were eager to make a meaningful impact through its innovative services. However, they needed guidance to define their 1, 3, and 5-year plan. To turn their aspirations into a practical and financially sustainable reality, they sought support to build a clear organisational strategy.
