Established in 2000 Synergy Theatre Project works towards rehabilitation and resettlement with prisoners, ex-prisoners and young people at risk of offending through theatre and related activities whilst placing the wider issues surrounding criminal justice in the public arena. Their work is founded on the belief that theatre can be transformative and challenges perceptions of both prisoners and society, building a more positive future.

Synergy Theatre Project are in need of support developing a digital marketing strategy, that factors in social media, helping to maintain presence as we’re all hauled into the digital age as a result of Covid-19. Synergy Theatre Project have recently spent a session with a social media consultant so have some initial thinking prepared.

This role requires a background in social media, marketing, and the ability to plan for the long term. The volunteer should have a good idea of how to best reflect the work of Synergy Theatre Project within the strategy and look to keep it simple where possible.
