Theory of Change Review

We Rise is an award-winning Brixton based community business with a mission to empower young people to create successful futures. They deliver project-based work experience where young people work in teams to deliver a brief for a client over 5-7 days. We Rise also deliver longer term programmes in school, a programme of careers events (currently on hold due to Covid) and a mentoring programme.

Total length of project: 25 hours over 1-2 months

We Rise needs support reviewing their existing Theory of Change. In the process of a larger monitoring and evaluation review the organisaiton are looking for a revised ToC to fully capture the change We Rise seeks to achieve; becoming clear on how they will bring about this change and supporting them in interrogating assumptions as they seek to move away from the current mission statement approach.

For this role, we are looking for a skilled volunteer with a background in developing Theories of Change.
