Volunteer Systems Development (Recruitment)

Who we're looking for: We are looking for someone with a background in HR and people systems development.

Project brief:In order to be able to recruit, train and retain suitable volunteers in a sector which requires the highest levels of safeguarding and confidentiality, Migdal Emunah is looking for a Skilled Volunteer to support in setting up the policies, procedures, risk assessments, job descriptions and other documents needed to run a volunteer department safely and effectively. By having a functioning volunteer department, the charity will be able to take on more projects, help more people, and raise more money.

Who you'll be supporting: Migdal Emunah launched in February 2013, providing a support service for Jewish victims of sexual abuse and their families. They provide a variety of practical and emotional support for victims and those affected by the trauma of sexual abuse. Migdal Emunah actively engages in raising awareness of sexual abuse and challenging the myths and taboos surrounding abuse.
